Automations let you build workflows that trigger actions based on events — reducing manual work and ensuring faster responses.
What automations can do
- Auto-assign conversations to specific team members
- Send welcome messages when a new chat starts
- Route conversations based on channel, keywords, or contact properties
- Escalate unresolved chats after a time threshold
- Tag and categorize conversations automatically
Managing automations
Go to the Automations page from the main navigation to:
- View all automations
- Create new automations
- Reorder automations (drag and drop)
- Enable or disable automations
How automations are evaluated
Automations run in order of their position in the list. When an event occurs, Qwetty evaluates each automation from top to bottom. Use drag-and-drop to reorder and control priority.
