Organization Settings

Manage your organization's profile and general settings.

Accessing settings

Go to Settings from the main navigation. The General tab shows organization-wide settings.

Organization profile

• Name — Your organization's display name
• Timezone — The organization's timezone
• Language — Default language for the workspace

Other General settings

The General tab also includes:

• Business Hours — Per-day operating schedule with an optional auto-reply
• Chat Assignment — How incoming chats are assigned (manual, round-robin, or load-balanced) and auto-assign behavior
• Notification Preferences — Email and marketing email toggles
• Security Settings — Session timeout and login alerts
• Billing Information — Company name, NPWP, address, and billing email
• Danger Zone — Delete the organization (owner only)
