Create reusable message templates for quick, consistent communication.

Creating a template

1. Go to Templates from the main navigation
2. Click Create Template
3. Fill in the template details:
   • Name — A descriptive name for the template
   • Type — Text, Image, Video, or Document
   • Language — Template language
   • Content — The message body
   • File — Attach media for Image/Video/Document types
4. Save the template

Variable placeholders

Use variables in your template content to personalize messages:

Hello {{name}}, your order #{{order_id}} has been shipped!

When using the template in the inbox, you'll be prompted to fill in the variable values.

Editing templates

1. Go to Templates
2. Click on a template to edit
3. Update the content and save

Deleting templates

From the Templates list, click Delete on any template you no longer need.
