Channel Analytics
The Analytics tab provides detailed performance data for individual channels.
Accessing analytics
Go to Settings → Channel → [Your Channel] → Details → Analytics.
Available metrics
Volume analytics
- Total messages over time
- Messages sent vs received breakdown
- Daily/weekly/monthly trends
Response analytics
- Average response time — How quickly your team replies
- Response time trends — Performance over time
- Peak activity hours — When most messages are sent/received
How to use analytics
- Identify peak hours to ensure adequate team coverage
- Track response time improvements after process changes
- Compare volume trends across different time periods
- Spot anomalies like sudden drops in message volume (may indicate connection issues)
