Channel Configuration
Each channel type has different configuration options. Access them at Settings → Channel → [Your Channel] → Details → Config.
Web Chat channels
Widget design
Customize how the chat widget looks on your website:
- Position — Left or right side of the screen
- Primary color — Widget accent color
- Title — Header text (e.g., "Chat with us")
- Subtitle — Supporting text below the title
- Popup message — Proactive greeting shown to visitors
- Popup delay — Seconds before the popup appears
Embed code
The Config tab provides ready-to-copy embed code in multiple formats:
- HTML script tag
- JavaScript snippet
- React component
- Other frameworks

WhatsApp & Instagram channels (Meta)
Connected account details
For Meta-connected channels, the Config tab shows:

| Channel Type | WHATSAPP_API or INSTAGRAM |
| Connection State | Current connection status |
| Phone Number ID | Masked for security |
| Instagram Account ID | Masked for security |
| Instance State | Internal connection state |
| Created / Updated | Timestamps |
Advanced settings
- Auto-reply — Configure automatic reply messages
- Message Templates — Manage which templates are available for this channel
