Disconnecting a Channel
You can disconnect a channel when you no longer need it or want to reconnect with different credentials.

| Action | What happens |
|---|---|

- Go to Settings → Channel
- Find the channel you want to disconnect
- Click on the channel, then click Disconnect
- Confirm the action
After disconnecting:

- Existing conversations remain in your inbox (read-only)
- You can reconnect the channel at any time
