Channel Management
Channel Activity
The Activity tab shows a chronological log of all events for a specific channel.
Accessing channel activity
Go to Settings → Channel → [Your Channel] → Details → Activity.
Activity types
| Type | Description |
|---|---|
| MESSAGE | Messages sent and received |
| CHANNEL_CONNECTION | Connection and disconnection events |
| ERROR | Errors and failures |
| USER_ACTION | Actions taken by team members |
| CHATBOT_ACTION | Actions taken by AI chatbots |
Activity details
Each log entry shows:
- Type icon — Visual indicator of the event type
- Status badge — SUCCESS, ERROR, or WARNING
- Description — What happened
- User — Who performed the action (if applicable)
- Timestamp — When it occurred
Use cases
- Debug connection issues — Check for ERROR entries after connecting a channel
- Monitor message flow — Verify messages are being sent and received
- Track team actions — See which team members are active on a channel
- Review chatbot behavior — Monitor automated responses
