Omnichannel & WhatsApp Settings
These settings apply across all channels or specifically to WhatsApp channels in your organization.
Omnichannel settings
Access at Settings → Channel in the Omnichannel Settings section.
Omnichannel settings control how Qwetty handles conversations that span multiple channels, including routing preferences and cross-channel contact linking behavior.
WhatsApp settings
Access at Settings → Channel in the WhatsApp Settings section.
WhatsApp-specific settings include:
- Default messaging behavior
- Template sync preferences
- Webhook configuration specific to WhatsApp
