Quickstart

Get your first channel connected and send your first message in just a few steps.

Step 1: Create your organization

After signing up at app.qwetty.com, you'll be prompted to create an organization. This is your workspace — all channels, contacts, and conversations belong to it.

Step 2: Connect a channel

Go to Settings → Channel and click Create Channel. Choose your platform:

• WhatsApp — Connect via Meta embedded signup or enter your WABA credentials manually. See Connect WhatsApp for details.
• Instagram — Connect via OAuth by signing in with your Instagram Business account. See Connect Instagram for details.
• Web Chat — Create a web channel and embed the widget on your website. See Web Chat Widget for details.

Step 3: Start chatting

Once your channel is connected, incoming messages appear in the Chats page. Click a conversation to view messages and reply directly.

You can send:

• Text messages
• Images, videos, and documents
• Pre-built message templates

Step 4: Explore more features
